We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated Head of Product to join our company. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day. The Head of Product is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire product development, and management process, responsible for the UX/Design and product marketing. They will report directly to our CTO and GM and play a crucial role in defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring the company’s products meet customer needs, and driving revenue growth.
What you will be doing:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of product managers, and other
product-related personnel to execute the product strategy effectively. - Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the product development process from concept to launch.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor the performance of existing products, analyze user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to improve product features and user experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with executive leadership and other stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals and secure necessary resources.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches and revenue growth.
- At least 4 years of experience in managing people.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex ideas and strategies clearly to different stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, utilizing analytics and market insights to drive
product improvements. - A deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with overall business goals.
- BA in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical
experience.
