Versatile is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated Recruitment Manager to join us. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day. The Recruitment Manager will lead the recruitment efforts and process for all teams based in Israel and overseas, from time to time, while showing proficiency in end-to-end recruiting management, processes, and tools, and show deep understanding in vast development, manufacturing, and construction tech roles. This is a full-time position, in our Tel Aviv headquarters (5 minutes from HaShalom train station).

What you will be doing:
  • Leading the recruitment processes end to end
  • Source and engage talents — Identify the right people, get them engaged, and manage the full hiring process, from sourcing to negotiating and closing
  • Utilize recruitment agencies, social media, and other sources to keep a healthy candidate pipeline
  • Build relationships with Sr. Management, hiring managers, and teams, and serve as an advisor and a partner
  • Manage the company hiring process to provide a great candidate experience – schedule interviews, collect and deliver feedback and drive timely mannered communication and decision making
  • Establish and maintain recruiting tools, for tracking and internal information and data shared, in the most accurate way
  • Conducting phone interviews, HR in-depth face-to-face and virtual interviews with candidates interviews will be partly conducted in English
  • Coordinating job interviews with candidates and managers while working closely with other stakeholders
  • Assisting with new hire onboarding activities
  • Work in a globally dynamic environment
  • Support HR admin tasks, so ad hoc related tasks and projects
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting role in the High Tech industry – a must, a start-up company – an advantage
  • Knowledgeable and with a deep understanding of technical roles, sourcing, and HR in-depth interviews
  • Amazing interpersonal and communication skills, creative, independent, fast learner, and committed
  • Service-oriented, data and results-driven
  • High attention to details and a true multitask
  • Excellent Hebrew and English (spoken, written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Google docs and ability to adopt new technologies and tools
