We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to join our leading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a full stack developer with backend orientation and a proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring developers.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, driven by the meeting point between technology, user experience, customer needs, and business objectives. You will join a top-notch engineering team in our Tel Aviv headquarters, and have a significant direct impact on our customers, and on the construction industry.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver user and business value by building full-stack web applications in TypeScript over Node.js/Express and React
- Work on microservices as well as event driven architecture (over Kafka), and rich UI experiences
- Collaborate with other teams to define interfaces, and build loosely coupled/highly aligned domain services- inwards facing contacts
- Technically lead and mentor developers, and review the work of others
- Work on features end-to-end, and deliver them while working alone, in team, and across teams
- Work closely with product stakeholders and with fellow engineers
Requirements:
- Strong experience in full stack development, with a lean towards backend – 5+ years of experience
- Experience with and relational and NoSQL databases – 3+ years of experience
- AWS or other equivalent cloud provider – 3+ years of experience
- Proven technical leadership experience and mentoring developers
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Product and business mindset – see the world through the eyes of your users
- High execution driven by outcome rather than output
- Experience with distributed event driven systems – nice to have
- Experience with developing over data platforms (e.g. Databricks Lakehouse Platform) – nice to have
