- Safeguard usernames and passwords from other individuals or parties at all times, including temporary access situations. Accounts may not be shared among individuals.
- Employ good password management practices (i.e. no dictionary words, letters, numbers, etc.) and update credentials on a regular schedule.
- Promptly notify Versatile in writing when users should be removed from the system due to role changes, terminations, or other access concerns.
- Avoid sharing reports or data with unauthorized individuals inside or outside the organization under any circumstances or conditions.
