We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team and guide the design direction of key product areas. In this role, you will take ownership of the UX, UI design and UX research while mentoring designers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity to influence our design strategy while still being hands-on with design work.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for the product, from initial concepts to final delivery.
- Design end-to-end solutions, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and growth.
- Establish UX and UI practices to optimize for quality, speed, and business value.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to gather requirements and translate them into delightful design solutions for our users.
- Develop and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the product.
- Advocate for a user-centered mindset and help position Design as a key player in the company’s business and product development process.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of the design team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex solutions for professional users - must.
- Proven experience designing for both web and mobile applications - must.
- 2+ years experience leading design teams - must
- Experience working in SaaS startups and collaborating with global cross-functional teams - must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English - must.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user interviews and research - advantage.
- Self-driven, a team player, and passionate about design.
- Experience in construction tech or working with AI-driven products - advantage.
