Versatile is seeking an exceptional Sales Development Representative to spearhead our expansion into the steel erector market. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on breaking into new verticals, building pipelines from scratch, and creating the playbook as they go. You'll be the tip of the spear for our steel erector vertical, with the autonomy to define outreach strategies, messaging, and market positioning.

You'll own the entire top-of-funnel for the steel erector vertical, from market research to qualified pipeline. • Lead the design, development, and ownership of scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) that power analytics, product features, and downstream consumption.

As our QA Lead, or, more precisely, our Quality Engineering Lead, you will be taking ownership of quality engineering across our products — from backend services and web applications, through data dashboards, to mobile apps. You’ll lead a distributed team of Quality Engineers in Israel, Croatia, and Ukraine, driving testing strategy, sponsoring automation maturity, and championing a mindset of quality ownership across the company.

This is a quality engineering leadership role with some hands-on work required: about 30% hands-on with testing and automation, with the rest focused on process, people, and quality culture. You’ll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to make quality visible, measurable, and part of everyone’s definition of “done.”

• Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed QA team (Israel, Croatia, Ukraine).
