Account Manager (USA - Remote)

As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in executing our Go-to-Market strategy and driving success in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outside, face-to-face sales to an assigned set of customers within your geographic territory, strengthening Versatile’s position and market share.
  • Build account development plans for up to ten customer hierarchies to drive strategic initiatives and local opportunities.
  • Work under the guidance of VP Sales  to implement enterprise  agreements.
  • Demonstrate consultative selling, collaborating with customers to assess their needs and propose solutions.
  • Conduct live, in-person demos of Versatile’s technology with customers.
  • Identify key roles on construction sites, understand their responsibilities and pain points, and secure meetings with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments including Product Management, Logistics, Credit, Marketing, Technical Services, and Customer Success.
  • Represent Versatile in construction industry trade organizations to build relationships, expand your network, and understand local competitive offerings.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales or account management in construction technology.
    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute detailed and structured sales processes and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and the ability to interpret and analyze sales data.
  • Ability to leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, MSFT Copilot) to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and support data-informed selling.
  • Understanding of construction workflows, technology adoption, and customer pain points.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time within the assigned territory.

Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our core engineering teams, contributing to the design, architecture, and development of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, iteratively develop, and maintain products that enable construction professionals to take construction execution to the next level.
  • Work on features end-to-end and deliver them while working alone, in the team, and across teams.
  • Contribute to and impact the future of our systems as we tackle the challenges of building and scaling for rapid growth.
  • Plan and build APIs that drive and serve a range of clients, from service-to-service communication to client-facing APIs that feed products across multiple platforms.
  • Implement React-based front-ends that deliver strong user value, with pixel-perfect UIs, and uncompromising performance and UX.
  • Write (most of your code) in TypeScript, and build Node.js services and microservices.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders as well as fellow engineers.
  • Take part in making decisions based on quantitative and qualitative user data, using analytics, user interviews, and input from Customer Success and Support.
  • Lead and participate in planning and design processes, and review other people’s work.
  • Increase code quality and maintainability, impacting architectural improvement and engineering culture.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, writing code across all areas of the stack.
  • At least 2 years of experience with React, and Typescript. Experience with Node.js is preferred but isn’t mandatory.
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing scalable microservices architectures over cloud platforms, AWS preferred.
  • Experienced with relational databases and managing complex data persistence needs.
  • Experienced with highly evented architectures, Kafka is preferred.
  • Strong product mindset and experience acting as the technical counterpart in an empowered team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication.
  • Background with TDD methodology – Plus.
  • Background with DevOps and CI/CD – Plus.
  • Computer science or engineering academic degree or equivalent work experience.

We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Data Engineer who wants to build data products that move the needle in the physical world. Your work will help construction professionals make better, data-backed decisions every day. You’ll be part of a high-performing engineering team based in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and ownership of scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) that power analytics, product features, and downstream consumption.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Data Analytics, and full-stack/platform teams to deliver data solutions that serve product and business needs.
  • Build and optimize data workflows using Databricks, Spark (PySpark, SQL), Kafka, and AWS-based tooling.
  • Implement and manage data architectures that support both real-time and batch processing, including streaming, storage, and processing layers.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain data connectors and ingestion pipelines from multiple sources.
  • Manage the deployment, scaling, and performance of data infrastructure and clusters, including Databricks, Kafka, and AWS services.
  • Use Terraform (and similar tools) to manage infrastructure-as-code for data platforms.
  • Model and prepare data for analytics, BI, and product-facing use cases, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with large-scale data systems in production environments.
  • Proven experience designing, deploying, and integrating big data frameworks such as PySpark, Kafka, Databricks, or equivalent cloud-based data platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with experience building and optimizing data processing workflows (batch and/or streaming).
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and Linux-based environments.
  • Background in building ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestrating workflows end-to-end.
  • Understanding of event-driven and domain-driven design principles in modern data architectures.
  • Experience preparing data for BI, analytics, and consumption by product teams or platforms.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform) — advantage.
  • Experience with parquet, delta table format, Debezium, or AWS-native data solutions — advantage.
  • Experience in data modeling, data analysis, or supporting visualization/analytics teams — advantage.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools or creating dashboards — advantage.
  • Experience supporting machine learning or algorithmic applications — nice to have.
  • BSc or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
