We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance performance in the construction industry. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces daily challenges, and excels in execution. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, this role will focus on delivering high-impact product initiatives, driving go-to-market success, and continuously iterating based on user feedback in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS B2B product management roles.
  • Proven track record of leading products from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100 across the full product lifecycle: ideation, validation, delivery, adoption, and iteration.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments, leading cross-functional execution in agile settings.
  • Strong product sense with the ability to translate user needs and business goals into actionable features.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond the next release and connect product work to long-term value.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to clearly present product decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make progress with limited information.

Requirements:

  • Contribute to the product strategy by bringing customer insight, data, and execution experience to strategic discussions.
  • Own and drive the product roadmap, from ideation to delivery to iteration to adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations, and customer support to deliver valuable, high-impact features.
  • Align regularly with executives and internal stakeholders to communicate product direction, ensure visibility into what is being built and why, and stay connected to broader company goals and priorities.
  • Continuously gather and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and the market to inform decisions and uncover new opportunities.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term vision, always aiming to improve product value, usability, and adoption.
