We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and contribute to the UX and UI design across key areas of our product. We're searching for a talented designer who is curious, collaborative, empathetic, and eager to make a real impact. Someone who loves great design, but prioritizes user experience above all. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft thoughtful and user-centered solutions in a complex, fast-moving industry ready for disruption.

Responsibilities:

6+ years of experience in product design, working on complex B2B or professional tools – must.
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms – must.
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and Miro – must.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English – must.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, preferably in SaaS or tech startups – advantage.
Familiarity with design systems and component-based design – advantage.
A self-starter, team player, and passionate about solving real user problems through design.
Experience in construction tech or companies using AI – advantage.
